Project

Lilly Pharma

Bad Homburg, Germany

It creates a representative backdrop for a company that is an international player.

Pharmaceuticals corporation Lilly is considered one of the most innovative and staff-oriented companies in Germany. The idea was to create a modern, representative architectural look that lent expression to the corporate philosophy, which among other things guarantees all staff equal opportunities.

The layout plan integrates countless meeting points and keeps all routes between areas short, fostering optimal communications among staff members. At the same time it ensures effective use of the building by providing identical office wings that can be utilized for any concept whatsoever. All paths lead to the central entrance foyer, which is spacious, filled with light, and doubles up as a meeting hall for the staff. Moreover, it creates a representative backdrop for a company that is an international player.

The building can be easily extended in any number of ways. The architectural concept is supplemented by a qualitatively high-grade and extensive landscape concept that remains attractive through the changes in the seasons.
